Configure 'years searched' by state
User Story:
I am a CRA and I would like to configure 'years searched' by state.
Current Behavior:
Years searched is configured as a client ordering option for time dependent searches, is not configurable per state
Potential Enhancement:
The years searched would be configurable initially per client requirement based on their needs, then there would be a tool to also configure per state requirement which would supersede the client requirement.
This way if a client wanted 30 year searches, we would be able to conduct those extended year requirements where available. However, if there was a state limitation where we only wanted to research 7 years, we could put that on the state level tool. Additionally there should be a client level override for the state feature.
Example:
Client A orders a background and needs 30 years of history. Their applicant lived in CA, NY, TN, and LA. TN and LA does not have limiting laws, but CA and NY do. This enhancement would automatically limit NY and CA to a 7 year order, but still allow TN and LA to be 30 year searches.
Client B orders a background and needs 30 years of history. Their exception button is check as they are a government entity and get the extended years even in the limited states. Their applicant lived in CA, NY, TN, and LA. TN and LA does not have limiting laws, but CA and NY do. This exception button would allow the 30 years to still go thru for all 4 states, unlike Client A.
