County Criminal Court Offenses: Just thought that it would be more time-efficient to not have a drop-down menu with pre-programmed offenses for actual charges as 99.9% of the time, they are seldom used.

Instead, just allow researcher to copy and paste nature of offense given the fact that there are 1000s of criminal offenses worded differently than those pre-scripted. Hence, researcher does not have to select "other".
