Past Employment Verification process improvement #2

When working on a past employment verification, and selecting the "send request sheet" and selecting "email" only......follow the Swift Reference approach. Email a link to a form that can be completed by the past employer which completes the search. (Swift Verification!).

Right now, the system emails a form that cannot be completed by the past employer without great effort.

  Thank you Mr. Rhodes! How many times a day does your team get an email back from an employer that says, "Can't complete the form sent"!

  Swift Verification would be a MAJOR productivity enhancement for sure.

  Too many Mr. Rodgers! or at least give us the ability to modify the questionnaire form that is faxed.

  We often get the verification form back but their answers don't show up - they saw their answers within the form when they sent it to us, but it doesn't seem to come through all the time and we have to ask them again.

  Employers are still having issues with completing the form. It comes over blank and they get very frustrated. Is there a way to send it as a word doc attachment?

  Hi Lori Grail The only way to send a verification request sheet as an attachment would be to use a document outside of deverus and outside of the "Send Request Sheet" function. However, rest assured this is on our radar, as it is currently second in line in the Considering section of our native roadmap (you can find the roadmap link in this article: https://deverus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12164856524955-Product-Roadmap).
