    This would be a solution.  But it limits to years where w2's have already been filed - not useful for current year verifications. It requires the candidate's signed release of all tax info beyond one employer.

    I see this possibly being more and more accepted means of verification than using TWN/TALX and paying the high fees and the newly presented credentialing process for CRAs.

    We would be very interested in seeing some kind of integration or built in process for this or a way to better documents for employment verification purposes.

    We also use an outside program to assist us in capturing documents which doesn't help with the ease and flow of using integrated systems with SwiftHire's.

    Doesn't IDValidation integration do this already with their IRS Income Tax & Employment Verification - ITRV?

    Only setback is that it doesn't list accurate dates of employment or last position held.
