User Story: 

I am a CRA, and I would like to use a consumer released W2 form so I can validate employment history.

Current Behavior:

Currently, I have to use an expensive integration service or manually contact each Employer to validate the consumer.

Potential Enhancement:

deverus will instruct the consumer on how they can release W2 information from an integrated services with the IRS. I will be able to validate their employment history based off of the W2 document which gets attached to the search.

  This would be a solution.  But it limits to years where w2's have already been filed - not useful for current year verifications. It requires the candidate's signed release of all tax info beyond one employer.

  I see this possibly being more and more accepted means of verification than using TWN/TALX and paying the high fees and the newly presented credentialing process for CRAs.

  We would be very interested in seeing some kind of integration or built in process for this or a way to better documents for employment verification purposes.

  We also use an outside program to assist us in capturing documents which doesn't help with the ease and flow of using integrated systems with SwiftHire's.

  Doesn't IDValidation integration do this already with their IRS Income Tax & Employment Verification - ITRV?

  Only setback is that it doesn't list accurate dates of employment or last position held.
