Our Workday integration is standardized, was developed with the assistance of Workday technical support, and follows Workday's best practices. It is critical that the client has a Workday consultant/technical resource to complete the required configurations as outlined in the Activation Guide and Security Permissions spreadsheet. The integration is only compatible with Workday Recruiting.

• All user profiles have SwiftHire settings configured in their respective HR Modules
• Active default user at client level(s)
• Active package(s) - Recommended at client-type level
• If multiple locations, Branch Administration is enabled at Primary Branch
• All associated clients/locations are nested under this Branch Administration

Additional Information - 

When testing, it is has been noticed that the environment is changed within Workday without deverus being notified in advance. We would like to ask that if an environment change is to take place in Workday, deverus is notified prior to that change and provided with any applicable API credentials to be updated to connect successfully to the separate environment.
