Set Up Client Managers and Researcher Managers

Client Managers and Researcher Managers can be used to assign an administrator to receive notifications for designated clients when Researcher or Client Notes are entered. Assigning clients or researchers to an administrator also provides a quick summary of pending orders, similar to Pending by Zones, but only for the assigned clients/researchers. 

Assign Client Managers and Levels

1. Click on your admin drop-down menu located in the top right-hand corner and select Administrators.
2. Expand the desired admin account (they must have the client manager setting set to Yes), and choose 'assign as client manager.'
3. Begin typing the appropriate client's name in the Assign a Client box and select. (Check the box if you would like for this administrator to receive communication.)
4. Select priority level of the client for this administrator, with 1 being the highest priority.
5. Click 'Add.'

Assign Researcher Managers and Levels

1. Click on your admin drop-down menu located in the top right-hand corner and select Administrators.
2. Expand the desired admin account (they must have the researcher manager setting set to Yes), and choose 'assign as researcher manager.'
3. Select the desired researcher from the drop-down menu. (Check the box if you would like for this administrator to receive communication.)
4. Select priority level of the researcher for this administrator, with 1 being the highest priority.
5. Click 'Add.'

*NOTE* A client or researcher can only be assigned to one administrator at a time, but each administrator can have multiple clients or researchers assigned to them.

Levels:

Once levels are assigned, the admin user will have a quick view of those assigned clients/researchers and their ordering activity/pending searches. Navigate to System Settings -> Administrators -> expand the appropriate Admin user -> click 'client manager searches' or 'researcher searches' to display the quick view as shown below:
