Ordering Option to Include AKA Names in Package Fulfillment for Pricing
User Story:
I am a CRA, and I would like an ordering option to count AKA name searches as the number of searches allotted in a package.
Current Behavior:
Currently, we only have the options to price AKAs outside of the package (a la carte) or offer all AKAs for free:

Potential Enhancement:
With this enhancement, we could create a package to include a set quantity of a search type and select the ordering option to include AKAs in package fulfillment (i.e. If the total number of the search type ordered, including AKA searches, is less than or equal to the quantity allowed in the package, the client would not be charged for any a la carte searches outside of the package price.

Good afternoon, everyone!
I am hoping you all can provide some additional feedback on this previous inquiry. Please take a look at the screenshot below. Would the addition of the two suggested options below accomplish your business needs in terms of AKA settings at the package level? I have included a more detailed description of the options and what they would control below.
*These two potential options are hypothetical and would be mutually exclusive (i.e. could not apply both at the same time).

Include AKAs in Package Price: When checked, any and all AKA names populated automatically or manually added to an order for this package would be free of charge (or "included in the package price") unless court fees apply.

Include AKAs in Package Fulfillment (search type): When checked, the system would read how many of this search type are allowed in the package. It would then include any additional names as part of the package price (or at $0) until the search type quantity is fulfilled. Additional searches would be priced a la carte.
Would one option or the other, or both, be ideal? Let us know your thoughts!

Infact the ability to count/limit the number of searches with in a package will be veru helpful to have. Considering Big Players in Background Industry like First Advantage/Hire Right etc have this feature on their packages. its a must for all of us as not having it creates inadvertent edge for those service providers that offer this option to clients in the market.

Agreed, this will allow us a little more versatility in pricing out package projects for clients. Big players as stated above give their clients packages with options like 3 County Criminal included regardless of AKA...But it only applies to county criminal searches for the AKA not anything else.
If a client wants to pay X amount for 5 county crims in their package and expect it. If they also understand they will be paying for the other searches related to an AKA like "Federals and such" then we should be able to provide that and make money on the "other searches". Right now we have to give them free AKAs for everything IF we want to fulfill the clients need or want of 5 county crims in the package.
