Set user accounts to 'view all users reports' as the default
What problem are you trying to solve?
I am a CRA, and I want to default 'View all Users Reports' to be ON for users that have 'View Other Users' Reports' enabled in their User settings.

Users with this setting enabled should be able to view all users reports without having to take any additional actions ('View Options' -> 'View All Users Reports').
How does this process work today?
Currently, if Users want to view all reports they have to go to 'View Options' -> 'View All Users Reports.'

This creates confusion among the Users, and forces them to contact the CRAs. Defaulting 'View all Users Reports' to be ON for users that have 'View Other Users' Reports' enabled will help User confusion and will reduce unnecessary contact from the Clients to the CRAs.

I think there is a feature that does this for you in user settings. it only appears after you create the user and when there are multiple users on the account.
I would like this feature to work when branching. ATM when a person has this turned on and jumps to another branch it doesn't default to all users.
