FCRA Compliant SSNT Product
User Story:
As a CRA, I would like to use an FCRA Complaint SSNT product.
Current Behavior:
Currently, the system does not show SSNT results on the final report.
Additionally, the system does not support a dispute process for SSNT results.
Potential Enhancement:
I would use an FCRA Compliant SSNT product which would allow me, as a CRA, to support subject disputes and add SSNT results to the final report.

Hello Everyone,
Thank you so much for your quick feedback and questions. If we were to make this solution available, we would add the ability to assign clients to either SSNT option.コメントアクション -
We would not be interested in this feature. Our clients can currently view the results of the SSN trace when they are logged into the system. I believe there will be too many time consuming issues and/or complaints if the full results of the SSN trace are on the final report. I prefer it the way it is -- the information is redacted just like the dob and full ssn. That to me, is a better way to keep it.

Our clients can already see this information when they login to the system. I think it would generate too many unnecessary questions given that years ago the verified/year issued table used to how on the final report and it generated tons of questions. I also believe our compliance team prefers it not be on there.
I think a dispute process would be helpful though. We used to get calls from applicants about AKAs or addresses that didn't belong to them and we didn't have a solid course of action for them.

I feel it might open a can of worms… these were my initial thoughts:
- I’m assuming that it’ll have a strict 7-year, based on the “FCRA compliant” phrase, but then there are clients that may want more flexibility or more years…(?) Is there options of more than just 7-years?
- “Supported dispute process”
- I believe this would mean clients being able to tier them in grading, as well?
- I’m not sure how that would look(?)
- Since we don’t have a say in the results from our vendors, (isn’t it more of a database dump(?)), I’d be interested in how you would “fix” or “update” the results?
