Reference Verifications - Ability to create custom REFV templates per client/ client type level
Story:
As a CRA, I would like the ability to create custom reference verification templates at the client/ client type level so that not all clients have to use the default SwiftReference templates.
How does the process currently work:
Currently, SwiftReference only allows TWO templates per CRA system (one personal/ one professional). This causes ALL clients within the CRAs system to use these default templates if SwiftReference is enabled (Unless the Client/ Client Type is setup as an exception to not use SwiftReference).
Researcher Network → REFV → SwiftReference → Manage Templates

Yes. It was disappointing and surprising SwiftReference does not allow for this in that hovering over the "i" icons next to the Default Questionnaire items in "Manage Templates" displays the following:
Default questionnaire applies to all auto reference checks unless Client or Client Type is assigned to a custom questionnaire.
This would definitely make SwiftReference a feature that could be utilized for all our clients that require we use their questions.
