Criminal Records dispositions list in admin module

I would love for you to add the word "Conviction" to the list of options to choose from the disposition drop down list when entering criminal records manually in the admin module.  There are a bunch of other possible dispositions, but our clients like to see the word "conviction" and so I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, choose "other", and then manually type in Conviction.  Just would be nice to be able to just choose that from the list.
