Preconditions:

Currently when a candidate logs into their portal right after a report is ordered they see wording that states in bold "CONTACT US". This causes the candidate to then call us thinking that is an instruction. This can cause confusion and sometimes anger with candidates and when they report this to the clients.

Steps to reproduce:

Send yourself a SHM 2.0, then order it and log into candidate portal before the report is completed. When you log in and look for that report in the portal it will state under the ACTIONS sections "CONTACT US"

Fix:

This should be changed to something like: For any questions please contact us, or this section will populate with information when the report is completed.

   "CONTACT US" has been reworded to "ADDITIONAL INFO".

  Any movement on this? would be great to know as we continuously get calls and emails from people logging into their candidate portal and calling us because it reads "Contact Us".
