Applicant Portal - Document Upload Notification
User Story:
I am a CRA, and I would like for an email notification to be sent out to the Ordering User when an applicant uploads a document from within their applicant portal.
Current Behavior:
Currently, there is not an email sent out to the client when a document is uploaded by an applicant.The Activity History on the search card logs the filename and timestamp of when the documents were uploaded in the Applicant Portal.

Potential Enhancement:
Enhance the SwiftDoc product to include email notifications (as well as logging the activity on the search card) when a document is successfully uploaded by an applicant within their Applicant Portal.

Would it be equally helpful to email an admin user instead of the assigned HR user? When thinking about a product and workflow like SwiftDocs, I think it to be most helpful to alert an admin user once a document has been uploaded to then allow the admin user to process that search. -
I think it would make more sense to email an admin user or the designated email of choice of the CRA.
For the HR user I think another email might be a burden, maybe provide a simple visual alert on the candidate's profile with "New Document Attached" or something of the sort.
Again providing the CRAs using deverus options on what alerts clients and not would always be best.
