The client note does not include the details of what search was ordered. It says the type of search (county criminal or verification). We have many clients inquire as to why the email details do not include this.

  Hello,

  I agree with this. The client/Candidate notes should provide details of the search the note is posted to. if you need info on a Education Verification it should have the name of the school in the search. Same with crims.

  When we add a note we always provide a template response with the name of the school/business and so on. This would also be helpful with international verification notes as well.
