ATS Search Card Identifier
What problem are you trying to solve?
I am a CRA and I would like to prevent the unnecessary user workflow of trying to identify if a Search originated from an ATS via an Integration Manager order by replacing “Automated System” with the name of the ATS on the activity history in both the Admin and Client Modules.
Example: “Automated System” -> “PageUp”
Example: “Automated System” -> “VeroConnect”
Example: “Automated System” -> “Talent Reef”

How does this process work today?
When an integrated order comes in, a Report ID is generated as well as the subsequent accompanying searches within the selected package. In order to identify which ATS the Integration Manager order originated from, a user must either have prior knowledge of the HR client’s ATS integration and/or comb through the list of configured clients for each individual ATS in IM Home until locating the correct client.
Due to there being no identification on the search card, it is hard to determine whether the order was placed through an Integration.
