Add Live TATs to the Client Module
What problem are you trying to solve?
I am a CRA, and I would like for my Clients to be able to see live Turn Around Times for their orders so that they do not have to reach out to us for updates until after the expected TAT has passed.
How does this process work today?
Currently, there is not a way for HR Users to see live TATs in their client portal. Because of this, the users have to reach out to the CRAs in order to get status updates.
Potential Expected Workflow-
Client logs into their portal -> Views In Progress queue -> Clicks Applicant Name -> Views search type (example below: driving history report) -> Expected TAT would show under the ‘in progress’ status

The expected turn around times look at previously run searches for the jurisdictions/ counties.
Expected turn around times are calculated by taking the average of the prior 4 weeks (from the date that the order is being placed) of the tat (for the specific county/ jurisdiction) regardless of the researcher.
