Charge Applicant per document upload

Currently, the only way to charge a client for each document uploaded to the Applicant Portal is to factor it into the search price, however, it is not always known how many documents the applicant will provide, and creating a separate search type for each document increases our business cost. 

If there were a simple Document Management field on the Client's Price Settings where it could be configured, then charge the client at the time of invoice for every document uploaded the same way we charge for swifthire (as a service fee), it would be much easier to price out these services instead of going in blind and eating the costs in excessively uploaded applicant documents.
