Past Employment Verification process improvement #1
The employer questions on the past employment verification searches should be optional. Deleting every question when an employer does not respond and you need to return the search as unverified only to add them back if they later respond is time consuming and unnecessary. This process could be automated or optional.

It seems that if the result is "completed - not verified" - then it should default automatically to "blank" instead of having to change it from the current default of "not asked" to the blank.
However, we have many where all we get is employment dates and job title, and so the default of "not asked" is relevant to those and is a time saver.
