Something that can help quickly identify Records, No Records, Complete, verified/not verified or in QA on the “Report Level” section is color coding. This would help analyst quickly decipher what might be missing or quickly locate something on a report. Some reports can be very long with multiple names and tons of searches. Color coding would help ease finding certain items. instead of carefully reading line by line to see if what the "status" is.

  We just make sure items with discrepancies or records or problems are "flagged" at the search level so that will show up on the report summary area.
