Add Additional Population Option - SSN Trace Only

Currently, there are three population options available in client/client type ordering options:

• None - do not auto populate searches.
• Applicant Addresses - only search addresses the applicant provides in profile.
• SSN Trace - populate based on all addresses from SSN Trace and profile.

It has been proposed to add a 4th option that would be for SSN Trace only resulting in four options:

• None - do not auto populate searches.
• Applicant Addresses - only search addresses the applicant provides in profile.
• SSN Trace Only - only addresses from the trace.
• All - populate based on all addresses from SSN Trace and profile.
