    Hi Joe!

    This is a great point and excellent feedback. There is a native way to assign searches from the Quality Assurance queue to more than one QA Analyst; however, please note that auto-assignment for QA does not currently exist.     Once searches are assigned to a QA Analyst, that user can navigate to the Quality Review queue and filter by their name in the Assignee field to isolate only their own assigned work.

    In terms of a performance report, there are several in the Reports section of your dashboard that may be helpful (log in -> from Dashboard, select Reports on the left-hand side), one of which is the Employee Productivity Report which shows how many searches an admin user processed.

    This is definitely something that should be done. I would love to assign certain QAs to certain personnel based on volumes or client types. Currently the system only shows one QA queue which can cause multiple overlaps of labor if more than one QA person or 2 is operating the same search type. Following.
