Hello,

 

Any updates on the fax templates?

Currently the templates are not able to modified or changed. For example we would like to remove all the questions within them. Another issue is that the form sent cannot be filled in electronically creating problems with recipients of the form.

Would like to see - A more electronic friendly version that allows CRA to customized to suit their needs. Would also be great to allow the template to be chosen prior to being sent. Similar to the reference templates and electronic systems.
