The biggest issue with CBSV (which we still use) is that the form requires to be hand signed (wet signature and date). There is no work around for that, no matter how integrated the platform is, the applicant will still need to print, sign, scan and attach/submit the document. While an automated collection system for this might be nice for us, it would still be a nightmare for applicants. We have done a lot of marketing and pushing our old and new clients to SwiftID because it is 100% electronic with no need to print out anything.
Is there another ID verification system that is willing to work with deverus?
If CBSV is the only way moving forward will the system be in place for 1-1-24? if so then yes we do have some ideas on how it could work to be easier.

At our company, we are surprised because even though we haven't started our service fully as of yet, Swiftid is an essential part of our Self Background Check product. We chose Deverus over other providers because you guys/gals allowed us to bring our product to life in the way we needed it to run and we could not be happier with your current sweet of tools.
Have you considered other providers like Stripe ID Verification, or do you plan on abandoning CBSV altogether? Background check companies find this service very useful when catering to clients who have a work-at-home product. By collecting the driver's license during the workflow, we can transfer the ID to I9 and E-verify, thus killing two birds with one stone.

- It is expected that once we resume marketing the OmniPersonal Product in the 1st quarter of the year, we will see a moderate increase in sales, with an average of 10 to 15 verifications per day.

- My number one choice would be Stripe Inc.
- My number two choice would be Jumio
- My number three choice would be Idenfy
