Compensation Question Update
User Story: I am a CRA and would like to use the Compensation Question feature for SwiftHire Mobile orders.
Current Behavior: The Compensation Question was designed for HR client module ordering only (article linked here: https://deverus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/210258243-Compensation-Question). When enabled, it works for the legacy SwiftHire 1.0 product, but the salary information is provided by the applicant instead of the HR user.
Desired Behavior: Create a SwiftHire setting that prompts the requesting HR user to provide the projected salary information alongside the SHM order. The salary information would only be visible on the search card in the admin module and during the QA process - not on the final report sent to applicant/HR client - to mitigate risk.

Hi Pierre,
Thank you for posting about the Compensation Question from Compliance Settings. I can definitely see the value in this, but I know that salary/compensation can be a sensitive subject compliance-wise. This feature was originally designed for HR ordering, which translated into SwiftHire 1.0, but it was not built into SwiftHire Mobile.
Would a SwiftHire Mobile setting as pictured below (with a similar box to enter/confirm salary for SHM With Review) be ideal? If not, could you please describe how this setting would be controlled (if not by state since the applicant's address is not entered during this part of the ordering process)?

This can possibly work.
If we get something that captures the amount and somehow captures that it was entered by the HR user that would be sufficient.
It does not need to be displayed on the final report or for the applicant. It would definitely need to be viewable in the search view or report level view.

Thank you, Pierre Rhodes! I am going to notate your original request below, and reformat the original post to see if we can get any additional feedback.
I am a CRA and I was looking into the current compensation question and check off box.
First off it doesn't appear to work properly or it is very limited in use.Currently the compensation question is directed to candidate's and only works in Swift Hire 1.0.
With that aside I feel that many CRAs could use a feature like this to help reduce risk.
Would it be possible to look into being able to create a custom clickable in the ordering or review process?
Example: Client orders a report or reviews a SHM 2.0. Before they order they have to click on the checkbox for "clickthrough" agreement for FCRA. It would be great if they also had to clickthrough a custom checkbox with whatever language the CRA needs to use. Could be due to a search in the package/bundle or a compensation question ensuring the candidate makes over XX amount. The info would be clicked and stored in system to reduce liability in future litigation and such, to protect ourselves.
