User Story: As a CRA, my team would benefit from webinars hosted by deverus on various specific topics.
Please let us know:
- Any crucial topic(s) that would make the most impact.
- If you have a format preference (live vs pre-recorded, etc).
- Any other pertinent details.

One topic that I would like to see discussed is how best to handle employment verifications through SwiftHire when more then 1 employment verification is in a package. Our clients constantly click on 'Continue' instead of 'Add Another' and then are not given an opportunity to review and modify there information in the order. The way that we have solved this is to create custom employment verification forms and then our team has to rekey this data. This is a major pain point for us.

Would love to have open discussions on what CRAs feel is important Quality of Life upgrades that deverus can prioritize over "new features". Example above from Marc, yes that is a huge issue. Lets discuss solutions that deverus can quickly implement to alleviate the issue (this also occurs for applicants ALIAs names, other addresses and educations) within SHM.
Maybe a pain point forum open to other clients using deverus?
Maybe a webinar that has a list of keys "custom modifications" that are available for all to use if needed.
Maybe cover a certain feature that already exists within deverus and every month/quarter/bi-annual review and tutorial on how that feature is suppose to be used from all angles. CRA admin perspective, client perspective and applicant perspective?
Maybe a work around series for things that work within deverus or with deverus to make processing some things smoother or easier....
Not sure just throwing ideas out there.
