Admin Accounting Permissions
User Story: As a CRA, I would like more options to limit the Admin 'Accounting' Permission.
Current Behavior: Currently, When the 'Accounting' permission is enabled, the Admin User has permission to view and send researcher and client invoices, change invoice numbers, recreate, add fees and discounts, print and export invoices to QuickBooks.
Desired Behavior: For Admin Users with the accounting permission enabled, there should be sub-options to allow some users to 'view' invoices only and another option to 'view and edit' invoices.

Hello,
I second this, I wish we had more admin options to turn off and on for admin. We would love to have certain roles only be able to see some things vs others. But with the limited admin options its either not allowing enough things when some things turned off or allowing them to view or be able to change to much.
