Non-SwiftHire Batch Ordering for Client Module
User Story:
I am a CRA, and I would like my clients to have the ability to batch order without using SwiftHire.
Current Behavior:
Currently, the only batch ordering capability for clients/HR users is via SwiftHire; however, for companies that do recurring screenings on employees, those have to be submitted by the CRA to use outside of SwiftHire.
Potential Enhancement:
Incorporate a Batch Order option (similar to what is available in the Admin module) on the Order Report tab for HR users:

I am voting middle not up or down because there would need to be some limitations. We have agreements with some researcher companies to maintain releases on file for any search ordered. While we agree that having this feature would be very nice to have it would need to have some way to set it up with certain searches or limit the search types. We wouldn't want to have clients ordering batches without uploading releases or at least create some kind of attestation prior to the client ordering. Something that states that they have releases upon request if audited. The SHM batching at least captures fresh releases every time its used.
Again I am for having this feature but need some way to control it.
