Researcher Instructions - SSNT

User Story: 

As a CRA, I would like to allow researcher instructions to be present on SSN Traces. 

Current Behavior:

Currently, the system allows researcher instructions to be input (Ordering Options -> Researcher Instructions) for the SSNT and saved, but they do not appear under the SSNT searches as they do for other search types. The reasoning behind the researcher instructions not being currently compatible with the SSN trace integration is because it is an instant search.

Potential Enhancement:

Enhance the Researcher Instructions so that they are present on SSN Traces, as they are for other search types. This would be helpful so that internal users can ensure that all needs are met for each specific client.

  We have many clients with very specific needs or QA requirements based on the SSN Trace data. Having client specific researcher options would help our internal team make sure that they are following the requirements for all clients. Thanks

  Yes, this would be totally helpful feature.  We should be able to scope out this search type as we do the others.
