Document Upload - Researcher Notification
User Story:
As a CRA, I would like for the assigned researchers to be sent an email notification when a document associated with a search is uploaded.
Current Behavior:
Currently, notifications are not sent to the researcher when a document is uploaded in the applicant portal or onto the search card.
Potential Enhancement:
An email notification sent to the assigned researcher would be triggered when a document tied to a search type is uploaded.

I see this very difficult to implement correctly. I would prefer having a button by each documents that can be triggered. When triggered the document for that button would be sent to the researcher. Reason it might need to be selective is because many candidates/clients upload the wrong stuff many times....
I know for international searches many require Passports, IDs, or special releases. It would be great to select the right ones click a button and it sends it to the researcher.
