Report - Ordering Types

User Story: 

I am a CRA, and I would like an easy way to determine how many reports clients are ordering through the different ordering avenues (Swifthire, Integration, Manual). 

Current Behavior:

Currently, there is not an Admin Level report that allows CRAs to pull the ordering type data. The main way for CRAs to determine how an order was placed is to review the search card indicators. 

Potential Enhancement:

Add an ‘Ordering Type’ Report to the reporting section of the dashboard. This report would be able to be pulled for a specific client or for ALL clients, and would allow for customized date ranges.
