Supervisors name in Swifthire

Hello, In the attachment is a screen shot of what the candidate fill out when filling out a Swift hire during an employment verification (in grey). It asks for the supervisor's name and company contact. First, isn't that duplicative for the candidate to put in that potentially same information. Secondly, when a client is in the review stage of the swift hire (screen shot in white) it does not show the "supervisor's name" field. Also, in the Search ID info for the same employment it does not show the "supervisors name" field either. Why is "Supervisor's name" there if it never gets transcribed to us or why is it not getting transcribed to the review stage? Thanks.
