WYSIWYG in the Custom Consent Editor

As a CRA it would be beneficial to add a WYSIWYG in the custom consent editor.

This will help with the viewing of the htlm that is inserted when modifying templates, rather than utilizing other WYSIWYG editors, and then placing the code into the templates.

  This would be helpful. I use Real-time HTML Editor (squarefree.com) but even that is different when inserted into the creator.
